It's difficult to say because this "sell down" came after a massive spike in the share price. What was factored into that spike? How much was FOMO? Similarly we don't know how much of the recent decline can be attributed to UBS, profit taking, RBA, macro reasons or AUSTRAC. Add to that that the market doesnt know the impact of the AUSTRAC response.
One thing to note is that AUSTRAC tends to give fines proportional to the entity they are fineing which is why they fined Tabcorp $40m a couple of years ago (at the time a record fine) and a year later they fined CBA hundreds of millions.
