Seems like a good plan. Ill just keep holding, I think whilst near term this will rock the SP, mid and long it might be a blip.
That said if they impose extra controls that cost well that could an issue. A small fine I think is a minor issue in the scheme of things, cost to add controls well that is a bit more. I like your strategy, good way to nullify the risk a bit.
