Molnars' own banker colleagues said the whole idea was stupid. The MC was only $100m at listing - which tells us how little the market though it was worth. It hasn't made a cent in profit since it was founded (losses are increasing not falling). It is now being swapped for equally worthless scrip. So don't give us a BS story about experienced investors buying APT because they knew it was an excellent company. It was just a worthless pile of crap that was in the right place at the right time.
