    And fundamentally -

    there will be massive consumer (BNPL) spending leading up to Christmas. Due to catch up spending, presents, and keep the kids and "ourselves' happy etc after the long period of subdued spending due to the stifling and oppressive lockdowns.

    Many have saved money due to lockdowns and are now "free" and very well primed to splurge.

    Consumers will also be hugely encouraged by retail etc desperate to make large numbers of sales in an attempt to make up for 2 dismal years.

    Perfect storm coming.
