Default rates would go through the roof in countries that arent fully economically developed. I dont think its coincidence that these markets aren't being targeted by the big players at this stage.

Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea and Japan could be potential markets or acquisitions but I don't see the rest of Asia being touched within the next few years.
