You might be right but I still expect Afteroay to go after developed markets before entering developing. We can't go after all markets all in one go.
I wouldn't be surprised if there will be BNPL players popping up in these countries by the time Afterpay wants to enter. Hence my believe it's likely Afterpay will make acquisitions, similar to how they entered the UK market.
