Now that trading has finished for the day, here's the frequency distribution of share volumes for the entire day.
MIN = 1, MAX = 10448, AVG = 29.36901, STD DEV = 149.7442
Quite a lot of single share trades. I know I can't purchase less than $500 worth of shares in a trade via my commsec... so I would assume these are institutional and/or professional traders.
