    Total volume for the day was 1.27M - low relative to daily volumes recently.

    I've seen low volume trades before spanning days, weeks even and then an announcement of a substantial holding change.

    I would hazard a guess they do this to not impact the price too greatly... keen for someone to educate me on this.
