Any regulation will come from ASIC, and will have nothing to do with minors buying alcohol.

Minors maybe, minors and alcohol no. There’s a subtle but important difference.

Re. 2 this is certainly an issue. However as an investor you need to determine if this issue may occur with your investment horizon.

I’d also suggest you read through a lot of the prior posts where others bring up valid concerns.
