Hi all,
I'm just wondering if people have an exit strategy and if so what is it? This is less for the "hodl-forever" type of investors and more for the ones that take into consideration risk management, portfolio rebalancing etc.
APT has grown to over 60% of my super AND share portfolio with truly life changing gains. I don't know yet what my exit strategy will look like. I'll definitely be hanging onto some of my holdings in both portfolios for many years to come, in the case of my super maybe even 3 decades. But I'll likely be taking some profits off the table mid-late 2021 to rebalance my portfolio.
This is unrelated to how I think APT will continue to perform and more related to reduce volatility in my portfolios. Even the biggest APT (polar)bulls have locked in profits which is a smart thing to do.
Feel free to share what your exit strategy is.
