    Gents, I would like to seek some clarification if I could. please dont shoot me for not knowing the answers.

    I understand that companies use dual listing because of its benefits, such as additional liquidity, increased access to capital and the ability for its shares to trade for longer periods if the exchanges on which its shares are listed are in different time zones but would we, in your opinion, list directly or via a Level III ADR? I would see the 2 biggest issues wioth ADR's being the possible double taxation that can occur and also the conversion fees.

    I am also confused as to how shares are allocated to those already holding AU Shares on the ASX should we list directly on the NASDAQ.......would we be given shares for NASDAQ or would we have to buy them as a seperate holding to our current AU holdings???

    Any advice is appreciated.
