Mate... APT is cashflow positive in Australia so buying HUMM, an Australian company, to be more cashflow positive in Australia makes no strategic sense.
Also why would APT buy Humm, when they can just create their own products for their existing userbase? It's only a matter of time imo.
There is less than ZERO chance that HUMM is a takeover target for APT. I have nothing against HUMM, but the strategy of such M&A activity makes no sense.
