DVM have announced that the "closing date of the Prospectus has been extended to Tuesday 15 July 2008".
Ivan, it may be a technicality but surely its the offer which has been extended not the Prospectus, and when on Tuesday 15 July 2008 - presumably 5pm WST.
Arguably Ivan, unless you issue a new announcement in correction, the present offer will lapse at 5pm WST Thursday 10 July 2008 and acceptances after that date will not be valid.
Interesting to see that DVM has got all these stockbrokers successfully working to assure DVM of spread, and that it will happen by next Tuesday.
All we can say is "good".
