Based on data from the broker report, between last Friday, Monday and yesterday I estimate they have bought between 17 and 20m shares. My calc makes a few assumptions, but it's likely to be close enough. There are no other net-buyers even close to the numbers Citibank are doing.
No idea whether this is for their proprietary trading desk, one of their funds, or a personal / corporate client. Unless they take a sub holding, we won't know.
Data for today will come through tomorrow so we will see exactly what has happened.
