Um, I think you are misunderstanding the wording in the presentation. As it is unaudited, they have to give a range - and that range is 'up to 55 basis points'.
They are not saying it has risen 'up to 55 basis points' (either 'by' to 'to')
In fact in H1-19 the figure was at 60 basis points (and H1 20 it was at 50 basis points) so it is around about the expected level.
