Budgeting is creating a plan in advance on how to spend your money
E.g. i set aside $500 this month for discretionary spending, and then i spend it over the month.
APT is not a budgeting tool. Its actually the opposite of a budgeting tool. You indulge and spend the $500 upfront and pay it back over 4 installments. It helps with cashflow i suppose, but to call it a budgeting tool is simply wrong.
So how exactly is APT better than using GooglePay?
