APT is not a budgeting tool. Its actually the opposite of a budgeting tool. You indulge and spend the $500 upfront and pay it back over 4 installments. It helps with cashflow i suppose, but to call it a budgeting tool is simply wrong.

So how exactly is APT better than using GooglePay?

Keith, your reply is just semantics.

Apt is a system that allows you to carry out a budgeting function.

So therefore it is a budgeting tool.

We all know what budgeting is, noone said it creates a plan, but if APT assists in the outcome it is a budgeting tool.

Thanks for your interjection mado, your 1940's thinking, you should try to modernise.
