Guys, I take my hat off and salute you all for buying this winner. This stock is better than winning lotto!
Unfortunately for me, I only researched this stock last weekend. Hence to say, a little late to the party.
However, I do believe that as an investor you must be able to apply logic using all the ratios to gain a true value.
On any metric this stock is not cheap in my opinion. But, as of tomorrow, I will buy a blocking stake of 30 shares. What’s a blocking stake? One where an investor has no loyalty towards a stock, and buys the minimum amount possible and lets the party take him on the ride to glory or stops the stock in its tracks.
I will admit, this type of business is like having a currency printing machine, just get as many businesses to sign up and management get to sit back and watch the revenue climb and climb as high as "Jack and the beanstalk"
It reminds me of the advert “Compare the Meerkat” Simples!
From my records, APT listed on 29/06/2017 and traded around $3 up until 24/08/2017.
During this period it was possible to accumulate a nice holding over one hundred plus thousand shares.
The thing with this stock and the trading pattern that springs at me is the undeniable strength in whoever is holding all this together, as there has never been a massive sell off, to destroy the confidence of share holders in the market place! Unbelievably rare event on any scale.
The only sell down was short lived. Any major selloff must last more than 10 months before recovery. The long term moving averages have never crossed. Long term moving averages will keep long term investors in stocks until breakdown occurs. No matter what anyone says, long term averages are the greatest wealth builders ever! Nothing beats it. “Nothing”
The best stock indicator to prove this theory is ALL. Since November of 2012, ALL long term averages have never crossed in 6 years! No other indicator would have kept you in for this entire time. Nil, Zilch! (Using the 150 / 250 weight averages) Simples!
One must understand the stock market mechanics, as the share price has moved away massively from the 150/250 moving weighted average. The moving average price is still around the $9 level.
Food for thought would you not agree?
One last note: My tech stock which has been 20 years in the making, has been through more downs than ups, but all that is about to change, is a traditional business, leader in its field, market maker as oppose to market taker such as any resource stock, and is about to start its next chapter in growth, but unlike APT, its operational return on revenue in percentage as profit will be staggering.
