Refer to the 30 September 2020 quarterly cash flow report for statement they're not expecting to need a capital raise to fund activities.

"With the expectation of an underlying improvement of revenue generation for the quarter ending December 2020 (as outlined above), the Company has not taken any steps, nor does it propose to take any steps with regards to a capital raising to funds it operations."

You'll note in the 31 December 2020 quarterly cash flow report, they still have 2 quarters of cash reserves and there's no mention of requiring a capital raise to fund operations.

If you read through the "Financial Performance" section of the December cash flow report, you'll also note they have significant receivables from the BAMA contract to be received in Q1. They also have a secured financing facility in place that they haven't utilized yet.
