Regarding the 2 more quarters of cash, they have declared they have at least 2 quarters of cash to ensure operations continue. The September 2020 quarterly they didn't have that in the bank and they therefore had to declare and note their response, which was that they weren't cap raising because they expected significant cash receipts from the BAMA contract.

There was cash spent on production that we should see in the March quarter as well as collecting the $1.5m of BAMA receivables or whatever it is. I think it's safe to say they won't be cap raising in the first few quarters this year and potentially ever if they keep this steady ramp up of production alongside quarry contracts.
