    If you’re in Australia, you should go for APT for sure. A potential US listing will not affect you.

    if you’re outside of Australia, you need to consider factors like fees (buying stocks abroad/OTC stocks is often more expensive), exchange rates (your broker will charge you for converting your money) and volumes (OTC stocks have lower volume, which in general is not good).
