Well you like waving around your economics degree so much so I'll give you some simple numbers. Statistically APT had 70 weeks out of 121 weeks where it went up in price, 58%. If I have to guess, I'd say it'll go up next week since I already know this week was down which gives me additional probability of the price going up!
