This states $28.4 million from late fees last year and $68 max fee - that’s over 400,000 people late as we know one late instance you are booted off apt’s platform.
Thats a fair chunk of the client base?
Or is it a heap of people missing one payment? Either way a very large figure and suggests the user base is not all that squeaky clean..
