For you to believe Sydney house price is ridiculous is because you haven’t seen real estate price in China. Typically in Shanghai or Beijing, a three bedroom unit in CBD will be sold for like $5-$7mil and it is like 130 sqm2. The issue is they are making like $30k a year, how can they afford it? Lol
