    yea but with buying a house (not apartments) you're 100% guaranteed to make money in the long term, land value only goes up with 100% probability. even csl the safest company on asx isn't a 100% guarantee.

    i would all in on reasonably priced houses in semi decent suburbs. i would not put over 10% of my net worth in csl even at $150.
