China will need a middle man like APX if they are any chance of delivering AI models to any countries outside of China. There is no question every country is weary of giving the Chinese any sort of data so they will have to buy it through third party companies so it is hopefully used for the right reasons.

Trust will play a massive part in people allowing data collecting and i would imagine most people will have China at the bottom of their lists as to who they will allow to harvest information.

The less trust people have of a country the more they will need to pay for the data, so i would imagine it will equate to big margins in future years.

eg If you were approached from a Chinese company or an Australian based reputable company to be paid for data collection to sell for AI systems to be made by Chinese companies, who are you going to go through?

Do you think governments are going to allow Chinese companies to harvest data without people knowing?
