couldn't have put it better myself. I do a lot of research myself on the companies i pick out too. But i also take the time out to regularly review past performances and presentation as it helps to keep my focus on the bigger picture, especially relevant on down days. This always helps in ignoring any short term noise. I m solid believer on only backing stocks you have researched on as ultimately that's what's going to let you sleep at night lol.
