there has been so much written and said about valuations in tech stocks and it's always baffled me the APX gets mentioned in the same breath as others.
we did $46m earnings for first half and with our growth rate it's almost inconceivable that full year for 2019 will be less than $100m.
our trailing p/e is extremely conservative for a business with this track record of growth and dominant position in massive, fast growing market.
when you consider earnings for 2020 likely to be $150m+, and throw a forward p/e of 30, which is well and truly justified for this company, you see how we get to $40 very quickly.
now if we get to silly valuations like some other tech stocks then the mind really does boggle. Like we could go to $100 if we had the same froth as some peers lol
