They aren't directly comparable as XRO owns and delivers a product in principle to the market whereas Appen has a secondary or facilitating product. In other words XRO's future is determined by how well it sells its own product and Appen's future is aligned with how well Apple, Microsoft, Tesla sell their products. Its a derivative. Saying that, I'm pretty sure that's how everyone felt when Rockefella started pumping oil. History tells us he became the richest person in the world. Data is the new oil.
