Without any bias or prejudice this stock is in the doldrums, as indicated by the box it is trapped in a downward spiral, and to reach $15 from its current demise it will have to increase by some 64%.
IMO - you may be holding for quite some time if one has a target of $15.
Further adding to the woes may I offer a smaller time frame which shows the gap down on the "earnings" announcement also has to be addressed
