Management’s ability to deliver their FY21 guidance given the heavy skew in earnings to H2/Q4 which could result in another downgrade to add to the others in recent times. Also the strategic rational behind the recent Quadrant acquisition, it’s cost and lack of clarity around its contribution to business. All imho so DYOR.
