I tend to agree. Approx 3% of trades are shorts. Has stayed around this short level for approx 12mths. Shorts executed at just the right time create inherent fears for retailers and funds alike. Only an enhanced balance sheet will turn this thing around. Man, $40 odd bucks down to $8.55! Wow, just wow!
