This is why you should not listen to Citi and their targets of $18.80 or $17.10. Previously it was $30 by the way.
They are selling down their position even at these current levels and want retail to raise the price so that they can sell even more.
Look at their actions rather than their words, also i am neutral at the moment and just want to wait to see the results of the full year for a clear direction.
