Appreciate the link.
There are some compelling arguments in there but nothing that has me shook. With Appen being at the front of the pack they are positioned to divert capital into emerging niches to annotate the more specialised areas (e.g. health sector). How this affects the bottom line and shareprice will be upto the accountants.
The article illustrates the emerging depth of previously un-thought of commerical applications for artificial and general intelligence. I'm currently working through some courses in deep/machine learning - and there is a lot to wrap ones head around. But even at this stage I'm in awe at the breadth of this subject and how it will be applied and used as we move forwards.
