Interesting comment in Fin Review Friday that falling interest rates will create more demand for growth stocks including Appen. Low rates fro invested funds worldwide Is currently creating demand for Australian commercial property from os investors who like the yields of more than 3% Am just back from UK where some are paying mortgage rates at 1.57%. Fin Review suggesting rates could stay low for 5-7 years. All good for Appen. Also the MACD for Appen has just turned positive. I can see $29 from here in next 2 months.
