The lower interest rate is here to stay for now, not sure why rotation to value from growth is a good idea. I love value stocks myself but its better to buy both as part of a wider diversification strategy. I don't think it would be a smart idea to rotate away from growth at all? I hold both types of stocks myself. But again i m just a retail investor so what would i know lol...
