Bell Potter have upgraded Appen to buy with a revised PT of $27.50. They, like me, seem puzzled as to why the current SP is lower now than before the last upgrade. Three consecutive upgrades! This is way oversold IMO. I'm not sure what's happening but I'm continuing to hold in anticipation of a good report in 8 weeks or so.
