    NXL is a good example for the importance of 9 ema above 62% Fib, I was looking at this one today also.
    here are the 3 stocks you mention  NXL ,ZIP And APX all in the exact same spot around the golden cross and with all the other confirmations (MACDs etc etc) but it could also be any stock in any sector at this same TA spot, These breakouts only really take off when the 9 ema breaks 62% Fib resistance. if the 9 ema cant get over there it will retrace.
