Need to see a 10% net margin business to begin with and cost cutting is very good; the projects underway to automate parts of the business is even better.
FY23 had FY22 cost blow out hang over where $105m has been taken out.
Forecast US$200m revenue at 10% net margin $US20m NPAT
Convert $US20m to AUD = $30m NPAT
30m/220m = 14c per share
14c per share @ 30 p/e = $4.20
..and only getting warmed up.
But we will get more about trading activity come May.
