Yes, but he is constantly upramping with his "Could there be news around the corner?" and "Today is definitely going to be a green day!" misleading statements trying to entice new investors into this junk.
Also, he is frequently wrong, or not.. who knows I can barely understand what he is trying to say. Most of it is in cryptic haiku or more likely, he can't form proper sentences. Perhaps he is a (poorly written) bot.
