This whole thread is laughable. The stock is at $1.25, why offer $4 when you can just buy up all the short-sold shares?
On-market offer with a 30% premium is the norm, round it up to $1.65. If I was looking to acquire, that's what I would throw out there after I had soaked up the sellers for a while and was then approaching a disclosure or forced bid percentage of shares.
Even if you offered a 50% premium, that puts you right around $1.80 which seems rather cromulent with this company and recent events.
That said, the MACD looks like it might be moving towards a positive cross for a swing upwards. I think the only way to play this until the next results to swing trade it.
