Give me a break - what do they think us shareholders are
F%&*king morons - Angelo has been quoted as saying preserving cash is their highest priority - so they can finance their own directors apparently
On dec 19th he said they intended to maintain a 10 cent distribution into FY10 - a complete untruth as it turns out
I was warned about the directors of this company - but it is such a good company - surely shareholders get a say in this
I have bought with a 15 cent divi - then a 10 cent divi and now a 5 cent divi- Angelo has taken a 10% drop of his apparent million dollar salary and now this directors loan with no conditions declared to the market
Is this legal - could someone please advise
