Hi Donations,

Baosteel could be a issue but i dont think it would be a deal breaker as Baosteel could be happy with equity in the new company + a long term supply agreement for coal & iron ore.

Baosteel may even be interested in jointly acquiring AQA with another mining company EG Vale who jointly own some of AQA's mining assets.FIRB could be an issue.

Obviously the above is Speculation on my part.

It would be interesting to see if Vale would acquire AQA's
24.5% stake in the Belverde coal project & for what price..
