AQD Charts

In the weekly chart, AQD has been consolidating for 2 years between a range of 1c - 3c.On the 24th of July, it has broken out convincingly with a dominant candle. On checking the fundamentals on the reasons for the breakout, to find out what has changed, I have several conclusions. AQD is a small exploration company and has been acquiring tenements in the past. Recently commodities have returned with favorable increased in prices.
AQD in particular has a few Tier1 global projects worth going into which could demand a continuous cash flow to bring it to fruition. It has now signed a Strategic Alliance Agreement with S32 as its operator. It will join venture with South32 with 20-30% ownership in the long term and definitely with the aim of its share price being rerated. It has copper, zinc, nickel and gold in Australia and copper and gold in Peru.Tier1 global prospect is in the Paterson Province of WA., Iron-oxide, copper and gold at Hamilton, Tangadee zince. These are projects already signed under SAA with S32. In Telegraph Prospect, Balladonia WA there is rare earth element,with gold, copper and zinc.

AQD also has project in Peru under SAA with S32 AT Cerro de Ferro, Los Otros etc . There are other projects AQD is working on for gold, zinc, copper and others.

In the daily chart, AQD reached a recent high of 3.6 and retraced to 2.7c for support. After testing support AQD is bouncing off it. AQD has the potential of being rerated soon. I am quietly optimistic.
