Would they scale back?? Are they allowed to let it go oversubscribed for an IPO? I remember a company needed to CR so issued x amount of shares and it was very oversubscribed so the company decided rather than have to send back the oversubscribed funds to punters they cashed all the cheques regardless and raised more than twice what was initially intended much to everyone's surprise (DRO)
