Pursuant to this Prospectus, the Company invites applications for 25,500,000 Shares at an issue price of $0.20 per Share to raise $5,100,000 together with one free attaching Option for every one Share subscribed for and issued.
The Company may accept oversubscriptions of up to a further $1,900,000 through the issue of up to a further 9,500,000 Shares at an issue price of $0.20 each under the Offer together with one free attaching Option for every one Share subscribed for and issued. The maximum amount which may be raised under this Prospectus is therefore $7,000,000. Further, the Joint Lead Managers (or their respective nominees) may subscribe for up to 10,000,000 Options for nil cash consideration subject to the terms of the Joint Lead Manager Mandates summarised in Section 11.2 of the Prospectus.
