Not too sure about the UK wanting to invest in renewables given their recent moves into gas and nuclear.

Germany seems to be a bit of a different matter though..

Maybe someone needs to remind them CWE is coming!  Imagine the public relations coup if only 1% of that 4 billion was invested in CWE!
