If PWEP is a success, the case for a CWE/EDF collaboration in the northern hemisphere should be compelling IMO.

Well, EDF is responsible for whatever subcotnractor it uses, and as yet, they have shown no interest in taking CETO further. I mean REAL interest, not MOU's and TOA's.

CWE needs a partner who wants to commercialise CETO, otherwise they won't get anywhere.
