These foreign exchange cancellations have nothing to with the FX hedges that expire in Dec 2016 and the four tranch one that expires annually commencing Dec 2011 through to Dec 2014. If GJT fails the 65% LTV test of the Japanese lender then the waiver previously granted over these hedges becomes void. Let's hope they can sort out the property LTV then we should see the price move.
