it brings home the vulnerability of all who are active in this off shore activity.
A careless weld
a fractured seal
any number of latent pitfalls lie in wait for even the most
careful and conservative operator
what happens to a minnow like neptune if one of their
personel or jobs fail in a subsea operation.
I am a mid sized holder and I am now reconcidering the risk factor which applies and has now been amply illustrated,
so am not surprised at the markets reluctance to accept
totally what otherwise appears to be a winning story with this Company.
